Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026 • RABRP is a product of RABRH LLC.

1. Introduction & Scope

RABRH LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected through the Realty Automation & Brokerage Resource Platform (RABRP) located at rabrp.com and its associated subdomains.

This Privacy Policy applies to real estate agents, brokerages, home inspectors, service professionals, website visitors, and consumer leads utilizing websites hosted on RABRP.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in several ways depending on your interaction with the platform:

  • Account & Workspace Information: Name, email address, brokerage affiliation, license numbers, phone numbers, and profile assets provided during account registration.
  • Consumer Lead & Inquiry Data: Contact details, home valuation addresses, property inspection requests, and inquiries submitted through hosted professional websites.
  • Collaborative Co-Shopping & Household Notes: When consumers utilize collaborative house-hunting features—such as creating shared collections, inviting co-buyers or family members, submitting property preference ratings (e.g. "Must See", "Like", "Pass"), and posting threaded property comments or notes—these messages, ratings, and saved properties are collected and stored to facilitate household synchronization.
  • Payment & Financial Metadata: When service professionals activate optional Stripe Connect accounts, financial payouts and transaction statuses are processed directly by Stripe. RABRP does not store raw credit card numbers or bank account numbers.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction metrics required to maintain system security and uptime.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

  • To provision and maintain customer websites, CRM dashboards, and domain routing.
  • To route lead alerts, tour requests, and valuation inquiries to the appropriate agent or brokerage via Resend email and Twilio SMS.
  • To allow licensed real estate professionals to view household property preferences, co-buyer consensus votes, and shared notes in order to coordinate requested showing tours, offer pricing guidance, and deliver comparative market analyses (CMAs).
  • To facilitate appointment bookings and optional payment processing through Stripe Connect.
  • To enforce brokerage licensing compliance and state regulatory disclosures across customer templates.
  • To respond to support requests sent to support@rabrp.com.

4. Collaborative Co-Shopping & Agent Visibility Notice

RABRP provides collaborative house-hunting tools that allow spouses, partners, and co-buyers to save properties together and leave notes on individual listings.

Professional Representation & Shared Access Disclosure

Shared household collections and threaded property notes are not private end-to-end encrypted chat channels. All listings saved, ratings selected, and notes posted within a collaborative collection are visible to:

  • All invited members of that household shortlist.
  • The designated licensed real estate agent or brokerage operating the website workspace.

This visibility enables your agent to understand your joint preferences, advise on property conditions, and schedule coordinated showing walkthroughs.

5. Public Records & Property Intelligence (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70)

RABRP ingests and indexes real property assessments, parcel boundaries, and deed records from county tax assessors and GIS departments pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq.).

Owner Name Privacy & Tiered Masking: To prevent bulk scraping on public internet interfaces while serving legitimate underwriting and valuation needs:

  • Authenticated API Gateway: Verified developers and subscribers passing an active API key (x-api-key or Authorization: Bearer) receive unmasked legal ownership intelligence.

6. Developer Accounts & API Telemetry

When software developers register for sandbox keys or subscribe to paid API plans:

  • We collect developer name, corporate email address, and billing information (processed via Stripe).
  • API keys are stored using one-way SHA-256 cryptographic hashing (raw keys are never stored in plaintext).
  • We log API request telemetry (endpoint URI, HTTP status codes, latency in milliseconds, and client IP) solely for abuse prevention, quota enforcement, and uptime monitoring.
  • We utilize Cloudflare Turnstile to protect self-serve key generators against bot exploitation without tracking personal cookies or biometric profiles.

7. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform:

  • Hosting & Edge Computing: Vercel and Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Database & Storage: Neon PostgreSQL and Cloudflare R2.
  • Authentication: Clerk.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe (Stripe Connect & Stripe Billing).
  • Email & SMS Delivery: Resend and Twilio.

8. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data stored on RABRP.

To submit a data deletion or privacy inquiry, email our privacy team at support@rabrp.com. We fulfill verified requests within 30 days.
